Information we collect
When you use a contact or wholesale inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company name and message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
When you place an order, checkout and payment are handled by Stripe. To process your purchase, Stripe collects your name, email, billing and shipping address and payment details. Your full card number is entered into Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, to provide product, wholesale or partnership information you request, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the site: payments and checkout are processed by Stripe; inquiry form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms; and the site is hosted and served through Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy and security terms. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller for payment, fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.
Data retention and international transfer
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete it. Because we are based in Japan, your information may be processed in Japan and other countries where our service providers operate.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us through our formulaire de contact. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
