Shipping is free on all orders. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no separate shipping charge is added. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, remain the responsibility of the buyer (see below).
Where we ship from
All products ship from Japan. Because many items are Japanese cosmetics, fragrance and natural-bristle beauty tools, packing and handling are arranged carefully to protect the goods in transit.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are arranged after an inquiry through the wholesale page. Carrier, lead time, incoterms and freight cost are confirmed in writing before an order is finalized.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, depending on stock and order size.
We ship with Japan Post International (Standard service, with an Express Upgrade option). Estimated transit time is around 5–15 business days depending on destination and service. All timeframes are estimates and are confirmed for each order.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer or importer of record unless agreed otherwise in writing.
United States buyers are responsible for compliance with applicable import and labeling requirements for cosmetics and personal-care goods at the point of import.
