Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what was ordered, reach us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please report transit damage promptly after delivery so we can resolve it with you and, where needed, file a claim with the carrier.
Hygiene and cosmetics
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, fragrance, bath and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened items in original, unmarked packaging may be eligible for return by prior agreement.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale returns, shortages and claims are handled under the terms agreed in your wholesale order confirmation. Please raise any discrepancy in writing within the period stated there.
