Each priced product has a "Buy now" button that opens a secure Stripe checkout page. Payment, card details and billing are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Prices shown on product pages and at checkout are in US dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no separate shipping charge is added. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility (see the shipping page).
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Japan via Japan Post International (Standard, with an Express Upgrade option). Estimated transit time is around 5–15 business days depending on destination, after a 1–3 business day handling time.
Can I change the quantity?
Yes. You can adjust the quantity on the Stripe checkout page before paying.
What is your returns policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty. See the returns page for details.
